After a long journey in the truck across three states with an oversize load and fulfilling my purpose for the trip. It was time for me to say thank you, and goodbye to my friend Ricardo.
Now I needed to pick a rental car to drive to one of my favorite hotels in Studio City. I am someone who appreciates fast cars and stumbled across a new mid-engine Corvette on display outside at the car rental agency. I asked about it but left it for a much more reasonable Mustang GT.
Typically, when I travel for work, I will give myself a day or two of leeway with plane tickets coming in and going out. It is done because I do not want to worry about missing a plane. Plus, I am there and why not stay a day or two in Southern California during the month of January.
