I have now been brokering freight for almost six years, and that anniversary will be coming up soon.
It is not an easy profession to chase, and customers can be challenging to convince you are not like so many of the others.
Since last year, my star client went in house, and it was not because I did a bad job, or that I was not well liked by everyone. It was just business, as I was told the numbers were not working for them, and it was time to go in house.
Now things have been tight since then and trying to onboard a few clients who want me has proven to be not in my favor, making it harder to succeed.
I believe that client is out there who needs me, and would be very happy to have me service their account.
If you know someone who would like to have a professional help them with their trucking needs, I am currently poised to take on a big account, that needs a dedicated guy at the controls. If you have problems, I fix those too. Sometimes experience is the only thing that saves you and that is something I am willing to share.
The current goal is to make Silver Agent again in 2021, which I am off the rails for, and have been since last year.
