The great Corvette debacle of 2020 - part four

Writer's picture: Sean McCoySean McCoy

Tereza and I were killing time waiting for a tow truck to arrive, when a car pulled up and backed in the lot not far from the Corvette. The time was now 1:30 a.m.

The car was a dirty Pontiac Grand Prix that was loaded down with a considerable number of items. The door to the car opens and an individual got out and approached the Corvette. The best way to describe Jason is he looks an awful lot like Vince Neil (of Motley Crue), but he is or was in process of gender transformation. Jason was wearing women’s clothes and flip flops.

The windows were down in the Corvette, so he started to talk to us. Jason was very friendly and asked what we were doing sitting in the parking lot with a new Corvette, at this time of night and offered to help us. We told him we were waiting on a tow truck to come and get us and the Corvette because of its flat tires.

He was an interesting person with a story to tell. Jason said his last girlfriend tried to kill him, and he had chosen to be transgender/homeless to hide from her. Truth is stranger than fiction and this is one of those times. Jason went on to tell us a lot about his life while we were waiting for the tow truck that had yet to arrive.

it was now after 2 am.
